At RamaSoul, we stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products and offer a 5-year warranty on all eligible items. This warranty covers repairs and replacements under specific conditions (as described below).

Warranty Period
We offer a 5-year free warranty, valid for 5 years from the delivery date shown on your package.

Warranty Coverage

Main Stone Loss:

If the main stone falls out, please carefully preserve it and take it to a local jeweler for repair. We will cover the related costs (up to a maximum of $40, and only once) upon presentation of your invoice or receipt.

If the main stone falls out and is lost, you will need to pay 30% of the order amount to replace the new main stone. Please send the ring back to us for inspection and repair. (Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

Side Stone Loss:

If a side stone (gemstone weighing less than 0.4 carats) falls out, for the first instance of damage or loss, we will send you a replacement stone free of charge. Please have it set by a local jeweler. We will cover the related costs (up to a maximum of $30, and only once) upon presentation of your invoice or receipt.

Loose Prongs:

If the prongs on your item become loose, please have them tightened by a local jeweler; we will cover the related costs (only once, and up to a maximum of $50) upon presentation of your invoice or receipt.

Discoloration of 925 Sterling Silver/Gold Plated Jewelry:

Gold-plated jewelry may tarnish over time; please handle with care. If the gold plating on your item peels off within six months, we offer a free re-plating service. If you prefer a more permanent solution, we are happy to offer you the option to upgrade to solid gold material; you only need to pay the price difference. (Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

The above scenarios only cover general situations. In certain special circumstances, we will handle each case individually.
