RamaSoul Return & Refund and After-Sales Service Policy

Thank you for choosing RamaSoul as your professional precision manufacturer We are committed to providing you with the best service and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. However, as customized products are highly personalized, please carefully confirm all order details.

1. Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 6 hours of payment completion.provided they do not impact costs.

  • Free modifications are available within 6 hours of payment, provided they do not impact costs.

  • After 6 hours, order cancellation is subject to a 40% handling fee of the order value.

  • After 6 hours, order modifications are subject to a 25% handling fee of the order value, plus any price difference resulting from the design updates.

2. 5-Year Free Repair Service

  • We provide free repair services for up to 5 years for items without physical damage, including replating, restone setting, and minor reshaping.

  • Repairs outside this scope will receive a quotation based on the extent of damage and materials required. Work will commence upon your confirmation.

  • For free repairs, you are responsible for covering all shipping costs and applicable tariffs for the round trip.

3. Full Refund Policy (Our Responsibility)

  • full refund is available for quality issues caused by our error.(This only applies to quality issues, not to electroplating or main stone errors.)

  • Within 7 days of receiving the product, please email clear photos and your order number to support@ramasouljewelry.com.

  • After we confirm the issue and provide a return address, a full refund will be processed within 3-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

  • We will cover all related shipping costs. However, if you do not contact us within 7 days of the order being delivered and signed for, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item(s) was delivered, we will not process refund or exchange requests.

4. Refund Policy (Your Responsibility)

  • If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receipt for reasons of your own, you may receive a 10% refund.

  • Please email photos and your order number to support@ramasouljewelry.com.

  • After we provide the return address and receive the returned item, the 30% refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Trade-In Offer

  • You can apply for a trade-in service at any time by emailing photos and your order number to support@ramasouljewelry.com.

  • After we confirm and provide the return address, and upon receipt of the old item, we will deduct up to 40% of the original order's value from your new order.

  • You bear the return shipping cost for the old item; we cover the shipping for the new order.
